Inspection Upon Delivery
Your package must be opened and carefully checked in the presence of the courier at the time of delivery.

All orders are prepaid online prior to shipment.
Each LOGS piece is handcrafted and one of a kind.
Your order must be opened and checked with the courier upon delivery. If damaged at that moment, you may refuse it or request a replacement or remake (10–20 business days).
If you select a replacement with a different price, the price difference will be paid or refunded accordingly.
Once accepted in undamaged condition, the sale is final.
If the piece is damaged after delivery, we may recreate it for an additional fee based on assessment and photos provided.
