Art of Earth and Fire
At LOGS, every piece is entirely handmade — wood shaped by time and glass shaped by fire. No two creations are ever alike.
Because each piece is unique and fragile, inspection at delivery is essential.
Delivery & Mandatory Inspection
Your order must be opened and carefully checked before receiving it from the courier.
Since every LOGS piece is one of a kind, we kindly ask that you check the item to ensure you are fully satisfied before receving it.
If you choose not to proceed with the order for any reason, you may:
• Return the piece instantly with the courier at the time of delivery (eligible for refund)
Once the courier leaves and the order has been received, the piece is considered accepted and in good condition.
Refund Policy
Refunds are allowed only at the time of delivery.
To be eligible:
• The piece must be returned immediately with the courier
Once the order has been received, refunds are no longer available.
All approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method used at checkout.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are permitted within 3 days of receiving the order, under the following conditions:
• The item must be returned in its original condition.
• The exchange must be for another piece of equal or higher value.
• If the new piece has a higher price, the difference must be paid before shipment.
Damage After Acceptance
After receiving the piece in a good condition, if the glass bowl accidentally broke at anytime, LOGS offer the service of recreating the glass bowl upon request.
• Recreation is subject to additional fees according to production requirements.
• Recreation timeline is approximately 15–20 business days.
Please note: Due to the handcrafted nature of our work, the recreated bowl may not be identical, but it will honor the spirit and character of the original piece.
Natural Variations
The organic lines of the wood, natural grain patterns, glass flow, air bubbles, and subtle tonal variations are part of the artistic identity of each LOGS creation.
These characteristics are not defects — they are the fingerprint of nature.
No two LOGS pieces will ever exist the same way twice.
