All LOGS products are individually handcrafted. Variations in wood grain, shape, tone, and glass movement are natural characteristics and not defects.

Orders & Payments

LOGS accepts multiple payment methods, including Cash on Delivery (COD), secure online card payments, and InstaPay.

For online payments, orders must be paid in full prior to shipment.

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected at the time of delivery. Customers are kindly requested to check their piece carefully before completing payment. Acceptance of the order confirms it has been received in good condition.

LOGS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary.

In case of replacement selection due to delivery damage, any price difference must be paid or will be refunded accordingly.
